This 1951 vintage embroidery book is Star Book No. 85. The original price of this vintage craft book was 10 cents. It is 10-1/4" x 7-1/2" and is 15 pages long.
This vintage craft booklet shows in a simple way how to make the majority of embroidery stitches. Some of the stitches include: applique, blanket stitch, decorative borders, bullion stitch, bundle stitch, cutwork, faggoting, cross stitch, gobelin stitch, herringbone stitch, scallops, smocking, Swedish embroidery, and trapunto.
This book is in excellent condition for a 56-year-old book. I don't see any writing or highlighting.
