Vintage Mini Stitches for Seashells and Damask Cross Stitch Leaflet

The designs in this vintage Mini Stitches for Seashells and Damask counted cross stitch leaflet are by Norma Cunningham. Included are 25 counted cross stitch designs and many can be used as tree ornaments. This 8" x 11" leaflet contains four pages, and the original price in 1981 was $2.70.

This book is in excellent condition. The only writing I see is on the front cover where the price was crossed out and a new price written in. I don't see any other writing or highlighting.
