This vintage How to Make Draperies booklet from the Singer Sewing Library provides instructions for fabrics, color, design, measurements, and construction for making your own draperies. This booklet No. 102 is 5-1/2" x 7-3/8", and the original price in 1960 was 25 cents. It contains 32 pages.
Although this book is almost 50 years old, the draperies look similar to the draperies we now have in our homes. You could still use this book to make beautiful drapes or simply display it as vintage ephemera from a by-gone time.
This booklet is in excellent condition. The previous owner did write her name on the front cover. Other than that, I don't see any writing or highlighting.
