What kind of service can I expect?
Our goal at My Vintage Crafts is to have
happy, repeat customers. Customer service comes first. All questions are answered
promptly. Extra information and photos are available on request. Fast shipment is
guaranteed.
Is my personal information safe?
My Vintage Crafts takes your privacy seriously.
We will not disclose your personal information or any other information you may
provide. We may send you notices of special sales. Please let us know if you do
not want to receive these notices. For additional information, see our

PayPal uses a secure server to collect
your credit card information. Here is more information about PayPal's
internet security.
How old are your vintage items?
Each vintage item is a different age.
When the age is known, it is specified in the item listing. All hand knit
scarves are new.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax for Texas residents is 7.75%
unless a valid sales tax ID is provided.
What is your return policy?
We at My Vintage Crafts want you to be delighted
with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your
selection, you may return it in its original condition within 15 days. We will refund
the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer. Original shipping fees
and PayPal fees are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the receipt.
Shipping Information
Do you combine shipping if I buy multiple items?
Yes. The shipping calculator in your
shopping cart automatically combines shipping for you.
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped within one or two business days after receiving payment. You will be sent a PayPal shipping notice when your item has shipped.
How is my order shipped?
We ship by United
States Postal Service (USPS). Our shopping cart lets you choose your preferred USPS
shipping method when you check out. Simply click on the arrow next to the shipping
method displayed for a list of the shipping options available for the items you
have purchased.
Can you ship to a post office box?
Yes, USPS does ship to a post office box.
Do I need to buy shipping insurance?
Insurance is optional on orders of
$25 and under; orders over $25 have insurance fees added to the shipping and
handling amount in the shopping cart. We strongly recommend shipping insurance
as My Vintage Crafts is not liable for your items once they are shipped.
My product was damaged during shipment. What do I do?
If an insured item is damaged
during shipment, contact us immediately and we will send you the insurance receipt.
Simply take the item to the USPS to file a claim. Make sure to take along the insurance
receipt and the packaging materials.
If you are not sure what to do, simply
contact us. Do NOT send back a damaged item because that will void the insurance.
Instead, you must file an insurance claim as soon as possible.
If your insured item never arrives
and you believe it was lost in the mail, please contact us. We will send you your
insurance receipt, and you can take it to the USPS to file a claim.
If your item was not insured and it
arrives broken or is lost in the mail, there is no way to recoup your expenses.
Just remember, insurance is optional, but highly recommended.
Are you secret-pal friendly?
My Vintage Crafts is proud to be secret-pal friendly. If you are a secret
pal, you can be sure your secret is safe with us. We will ship your gift package
anonymously to your secret pal, secret sister, or secret friend, and she will
never know who sent it!
In PayPal, click on the link "Add special instructions for the merchant." In the box that displays on the left side of the screen, simply mention that your purchase is for your secret pal. Be sure to specify your secret-pal's mailing address. If you would like to include a gift card, please include your message. We'll take care of the rest!
