This quilted bag pattern is for making a pin collector's bag by Gail Abeloe. The copyright date on this quilt bag is 1992 by the Back Porch Press.

The patchwork bag features an easy way to rotary cut and strip spool blocks. Templates are included. Details include shoulder handles, machine quilting, and a separate lining. This quilted bag is 15" wide x 12" high x 4" deep. This roomy bag has spool patchwork on both sides, so you can display 40 quilt pins, charms, or special buttons in the center of each spool.

I bought this quilted purse pattern from the estate of a very experienced quilter. It is an original - not a copy or a reproduction! Vintage quilt patterns are often hard to find.

This quilt pattern is in excellent condition - it has not been used.
