This quilting accessories pattern was designed for The Piecemakers and is named Chatelaine. The copyright date is 1983.
A chatelaine is an excellent sewing aide for the enthusiastic quilter or seamstress. The scissor tied to one end of the ribbon is readily accessible. The pocket on the other end holds a thimble and thread. Attached to the back of the pocket is a place to carry needles and pins. The heart is a handy pincushion, and the rings weight the chatelaine to prevent it from slipping.
I bought this sewing pattern from the estate of a very experienced quilter.
It is an original - not a copy or a reproduction!
This sewing design is in excellent condition - it has not been used.
