vintage pattern is a size 8. It contains basic instructions to design your own creation. Four embroidered collar patterns are included, and the patterns may be adapted for smocking.

This pattern does not appear to have been used. There is a tear in the pattern envelope near the top, but it is only about 1" long. Otherwise, it is in excellent condition.
