This Vogue Americana pattern 1187 by the designer Teal Traina is for a misses' dress with short sleeves or long sleeves. This is a preprinted pattern in a size 16 with a 38" bust and
a 40" hip. The original price was $3.50. This pattern is an original - we do
not sell reproductions or copies.
Vintage sizing is smaller than today's sizing. It is best to
ignore traditional sizing altogether and simply order the pattern by bust size
as any necessary alterations are usually easier in other areas of the garment.
This pattern is in excellent condition. The
envelope shows only minimal wear. Although the pattern pieces have been cut, they are in very good condition.
The original owner treated her patterns very carefully!
