This Vogue Americana pattern 1185 by the designer Teal Traina is for a half size jacket and dress. This is a preprinted pattern in a size 14-1/2 with a 37" bust and a 39" hip. The original price was $4.00. This pattern is an original - we do not sell reproductions or copies.

Vintage sizing is smaller than today's sizing. It is best to ignore traditional sizing altogether and simply order the pattern by bust size as any necessary alterations are usually easier in other areas of the garment.

This sewing pattern is in excellent condition. The envelope shows only minimal wear, and the pattern pieces have not been cut. The original owner treated her patterns very carefully!
